Consider replacing the heat exchanger under the intake plenum while you have it off, another common issue of the 360, when they leak, coolant will flow into the gearbox and potentially wreck the gearbox if not caught straight away

That car is going to need more than $30,000 or $40,000 in repairs. It is in terrible condition. After it's done, you'll be in it for $70,000 - $80,000. Could have just bought a nice clean one.

$20,000 to make it look nice, but the real cost will come after you get a few miles on it and things start breaking and leaking. Also, the depreciated cost of a vehicle that looked so bad. You know that it was not well cared for. You seem nice, and I wish you the best, but that car has some major hidden cost yet to be revealed. Great KZbin content!

That could happen with any used 360, to be fair. But I do agree. I personally was about to buy a clean F430, but decided for the same money I might as well buy a brand new 911S with a manual and not have to worry about old Ferrari problems. When it comes to used car anxiety, I already have a McLaren, anyway.

They weren't connected to anything, and no wires ran into that tunnel. It's possible that the original seats had some kind of aftermarket pads with heating elements stuffed under the leather, which is why this car has totally new leather that doesn't match.

KW Height Adjustable Springs. Previous owner had it on H&Rs which were awful and not designed for G8x cars. I swapped them out for the KW HAS kit.

Thanks for the info… I’m considering going for 2025 model. After your review definitely automatic transmission :). Lowering kit and spacers are first thing to do on my list and wondering is just changing the downpipes with stock exhaust triggering any check engine lights while possibly improving overall tone of the exhaust… What do you think?

I can't believe it ran on those boogered plugs. The soot makes me wonder if it was started and moved for 30-60 seconds at a time towards the latter end of its previous life, leading to a super rich condition.

Those were the old plugs Curtis removed before we started the car. There were concerns, so he decided before we crank it over, let's check plugs and coils and that's what came out. Plugs were easy to find, so there's a newer set in there now. But coils we're still waiting for. Nobody has them.

To me, watching you go through the interior and pointing out all the rot, oxidation, knowing people who have/had Ferrari's- they aren't very high quality nor durable. Never been impressed by this in regards to the vast majority of Ferraris
