You have to target the scalp and let warm water run through it gently. Haha. But for the full treatment might as well take them out. ❤

Naw i work with plenty of young gentlemen and young thugs. Its all how you act and behave most of the time. Im not going to try and act like some older people arent prejudice against youth. For me act grown get treated grown. Act responsible im going to treat you with more respect. Act like a fool and be lazy and act like you deserve more than you do gets you treated that way. Legitimate mix of good and bad young people at work and i mean workwise work ethics. And I noticed its not just me. Other people who are older treat the same younger more grown responsible acting get treated better. What happens is we feel like we have to be parents or are working with literal children. Act grown get treated grown. Simple as that.

The key is to be assertive . Look professional. Walk with confidence. Speak up. Don’t look like the kids you are teaching. Build relationships and make suggestions and/or do progressive things in your class with your students that creates an high amount of achievers in your classroom. Dont roll eyes, be aggressive or show up passive. This is just the beginning of your career trust me when they start coming to you - you will want it to stop 🛑 😂😂😂😂😂 volunteer but not all the time it will become expected. This is just your entry in the work force, it happens to everyone. Remember it’s levels and the work place has petty people no matter where you work. It will always be someone at work that you literally run from 😂😂😂 Good Lick and Thank You for being an educator!!!

I used to be a people pleaser, unknowingly! Within the last 4 years, I've had to flip to the other side, and become a savage, that doesn't allow anyone to treat me disrespectfully (that i have to be around daily!) It's takes time to get past, the feeling of not being liked! People can sense that stuff on you, and they'll always disrespect you! Now i have to embrace not being liked, letting people know what's up, and cutting people off, because i can't get respect any other way! I'd rather be alone, and respected, than abused, and around so called friends!

That's bcus it clogs the shaft and if put on the scalp will do the same. It solidifies which cause it to expand. It's also why you get heat damage if you straighten your bcus it penetrates and stays there even after washing. If you put this on your hair daily ad wash your hair once a WK, it doesn't remove it. You will need to detox and use clarifying shampoo probably 3x just to remove it. Ijs/fyi

Please stop. The two are not equal. Yes, people pleasing is disingenuous, but it’s not on the same level as the flip side of the coin. People pleasers are seeking love, acceptance, belonging-things all humans need. Those who take advantage of people pleasers are not kind. They are seeking control and to have all their needs met w/o giving much in return; they will bleed you dry and have no remorse in the end. People pleasers have a conscious and are not seeking to do harm. There’s a big difference.
@mariamkoita4028
@mariamkoita4028 15 күн бұрын
I see where you are coming from but just because u are not necessarily doing harm doesn’t make u not manipulative. To manipulate someone is to get sm1 to give u what u want whether that taking advance of them or being sneaky. Being a people pleaser, since u are typically not being yourself or doing whatever sm1 else says, to get sm1 to like you is a form of manipulation.
