Beautiful car, but just so everyone knows, this is not a Marauder. Yes, it's a Park Lane, but the Marauder was a 2 door hardtop or 4 door hardtop body style and could be had on the Monterey, Montclair and Park Lane, but the convertible was not part of the Marauder lineup. The convertible was available as a Monterey or a Park Lane. There was not Montclair convertible and no convertibles were Marauders. Other than that, its a very beautiful car indeed. I know it's an older video, but as much as I like this car, I wouldn't buy anything from these shysters. That haven't got a clue what they are talking about.

Wow, I just made a deal, on a project '73 Gucci Sportabout, automatic, tilt wheel, independent front reclining seats, snazzy Gucci interior with the pattern on the headliner & green, yellowish & reddish seats ... 232 inline six, one barrel carb, power steering... Has roof rack too ... Had AC, but parts of that removed ... Is original white with some primer, no rust, no body damage ... Thinking of a color change to better suit the interior, with a color near Pea Soup Green (?) ... Anyway, this clip says in effect : low 20+ mpg, and if I can get 20-23 mpg I will be pleased ... Best regards as in a week, the car will be home, and it will be 2024 ...

I remember this 1972.. Ford Thunderbird. It had cruise control No One believes me in this present day that these Thunderbirds hands-free for a while😮 cruise control. The car was spacious luxurious and a great long-distance ride. Now if they could compact that 1972 Ford Thunderbird in a car of today 2023. I would buy a fleet of them.😅

This car most likely has a yellow convertible top. The correct engine is a 425 not a 455. I have a original model owned since 1968.

Nice car, but when you restore a car you should keep it as stock and period correct as possible. Definitely keep it brand perfect. In this case Ford, which you have done. I can understand if you are driving it putting a mote modern engine in it, so the 302 V8 is OK, even though it is not the engine Ford offered when the car was assembled. The eng8ne is under the hood it isn't seen unless you show it. The steering wheel onthe other hand was manufactured about twenty years after the ca4 was. You should f8nd a 53 steering wheel.

It's nice to see a car that is not dragging on the ground. With 4 windows down, the bubble top shows its amazingly clean lines. Fantastic styling !

My first Falcon one similar but not a 2 door sedan,we didn't get them in Australia 🇦🇺 but the colours reversed, red roof white body. It was the first of five. Australia did get the 2 door coupe,s in 1964,65&66 of which I later had a very nice example. I still love those early Falcons and the 1964,65 American models that we didn't,t get here.
