He does nothing but lie on a couch the entire time in a separate room, wearing sunglasses indoors 🙄 all while loudly taking calls & slurping gross 'health' smoothies (cuz you know with that gut he's oh so health conscious. Gimme a break; he's as fake as the rest of Hollyweird and beelines for In & Out as soon as recording commences) / uttering deep insights like "wow.." or "beautiful.." or "again.." into a microphone half-asleep and/or stoned. Meanwhile his assistants set up the mics for him; record; edit/mix and he just comes back and goes "take that out" & then pushes sh!t into the red consistently. So 'raw & original'! What an iconoclast.. 😐 His 'worldly sonic guru' barefoot beardo 'Malibu Moses' trip is a cringe-as-heck shtick no more real than the vapid LA garbage-people celebs that look to him for surface level guidance. Just look up Corey Taylor's or even the Chili Peppers (who somehow love him I might add, or at least that dingbat Anthony) accounts of what it's like to work with him. I mean, he even completely f*cked over the Beastie Boys on some shady sh!t; who even does that?! The Beasties y'all!! Lazy & not flattering. A true modern huckster & an industry charlatan. Nederlandstalig is geen stijl, daar ben ik het helemaal mee eens. Maar een goede tekst schrijven is niet makkelijk en de meeste Nederlandse bands die in het Engels zingen blinken daar dan ook niet in uit, vind ik. De muziek van De Dijk is goed in elke taal, maar de teksten maken toch voor mij De Dijk een top band in plaats van gewoon een goede band. Ik ben blij dat Huub in het Nederlands zingt.

Hey There, I recently purchased one of these units. Except to the description of the guy selling me the Comp I am not able to get any Gain Reduction. When I activate the Gate I don’t even have a Signal at the Output. Is there any Specific Input Gain for this Unit? The Inside just looks fine, both fuses just look all right too. Audio is even passing the Comp and I am able to adjust the Input/ Output Gain. Maybe you have a solution for me 🙏🏻

Ben ik nou de eerste? De dijk is de soundtrack van mijn leven zo ongeveer. Ik schreef zelf ook al Nederlandstalige nummers toen het nog geen mode was. Nederlands komt toch wel beter binnen dan Engels. Wat een schitterende nummers. Niemand in de stad als een van de hoogtepunten.
