Använd inte utomlands! Aldrig! Trotts att vi inte kontaktada med barnen skickades fakturan på cirka 4.500 kr för 14 dagar. De tar inte ansvarighet på sig heller och säger att det är vi som måste ha haft koll. Låt oss säga att det är så vem är ansvarig för en fungerande service utomlands då? Är det också kund? Det fungerade inte alls. Naturligtvis var det bekvämt för er att skicka 4.500 kronor utan att tillhandahålla service och att lägga över ansvaret på kunden ändå.

The presentation from the dreamers about the 1M was impressively smooth. Your advisors provided excellent business strategies to capture a larger market share. However, the implementation has failed. From my experience, the operation of the technology offered is inadequate, and customer support is non-existent. Despite purchasing the full package with a "premium" subscription, I am unable to use the product due to a strange issue during the initial account setup in the Xplora app. Moreover, my issue request #1575193, submitted over 5 days ago, remains unresolved. There is no one available by phone or chat. How do you imagen to survive with such low level of communication services? How can parents trust you to track their child if there is nobody for real in charge from your side? 😞

Hey Sten, while your initial idea was good, your Products seem not yet be there yet. Basically that's not a really critical issue as long as you care & listen to your customers and ensure your support team ia able to handle all the trouble. While you've been some kind of a pioneer in this market, you obviously recognized the competitors are not sleeping to get their piece of the cake. its more than time to state how you're going to solve the the big amount of technical problems your products have - leading to many disappointed kids & parents out there.

It is supper valid question and apparently no answer as same as absent xplora customer support while the end-to-end solution doesn't work in basics such as an account creation.
