@@MrsTino You definarely look like a mom now. But, I wouldn’t say that you have aged. You still and do look beautiful. But, do remember to take care of yourself. I know you don’t. Doing your skincare (even just once a week) makes a huge difference in how you feel. At least it does for me.

I’ve just found your channel, and watching this video has made me smile. You are honest and relatable about your life. The button down dresses you could wear with a cardigan, tights and boots. The part of the video where you sat down and started to watch to just made me laugh. Sending you encouragement and smiles. Love Lesley England x

I feel you so hard on so many things in this video. 1. I have a cold too. 2. When I organize my clothing, I lay it all out on the floor… only to not do anything with it for days. My mom once got mad at me for doing this and started picking up my clothing, I literally throw myself on top of the clothing. I was like, “I have a system! Leave me alone. It’s in my room. Not all over the house!” Now, I can leave it all over my apartment. But, I still leave it in my room. 3. I get distracted by the sound of construction too. i can’t really do anything. Earplugs or earphones work.

Is the public transportation system there not good? What about EMS? Can’t they get there if there was an emergency? That’s crazy. I can totally understand why you would be anxious. I can’t count on anyone in regards to my health. It’s all on me. I don’t drive either. So, I have to rely on public transportation to get around. I was just talking about this with my driver today after an appointment. As for having anxiety when the deployment ends and your spinous comes back. Are you anxious because you have developed a routine with your kids and now you have to change it because your spouse is back?
@MrsTino

It is good, but our nearest hospital is over an hour away via public transport :( An ambulance would be my go to if i needed it, but it would ultimately depend on the situation. Yeah, that's certainly one of my pre-homecoming anxieties! It's such a massive adjustment, especially for the kiddos

I remember when my boys were younger 1'2,5 & 8 my partner worked full days and I was left to it to do everything.... I suffered with really bad depression life was so so bad I felt guilty for not being able to meet their needs everyday and every single days aim was just getting through the day and keeping them alive pretty sure i still have trauma from then but eventually i dragged myself to the doctors and they put me on anti-deppresents and even tho I didn't want to go on them and feel like I had or was failing as a human it did make me feel so much better and life did get slowly better. Not sure how getting an appointment is at your doctors surgery but its like your wanting an appointment with royalty 🙈 making you jump through hoops just to speak to someone its ridiculous but i have been on anti-deppresents for 15 years and will not be able to come off then but sometimes I sometime I do forget because my brain is the size of a pea!! But I can usually remember that I haven't taken them because I start getting agitated and snappy no patience and just start feeling so low its horrible knowing I need to take a few pills every day just to be and feel "normal" what ever that is but definitely does keep me in line have you ever suffered from depression when watching your videos i often wonder if you suffer from that also sorry I hope you don't take offence to that hope your okay xxxx❤

Have been home with a burn out from work for 2 weeks now with a 9 month old baby and 2 step sons and I know the mental and physical exhaustion. Perhaps you can stay in the town where the preschool is after the drop off to have brunch/shop/see a movie until its time for pick up? That way it saves you the back and forth and still get some alone time. Good luck and stay strong!

I used to have really bad meltdowns like that. My mom didn’t handle it well. Let’s just say, corporal punishment was involved. So, you’re doing A LOT better than some other parents would do. Hell, there are parents that record their child having these violent meltdowns and then post them on the Internet. WTF? That’s not okay. It broke my heart seeing you on the kitchen floor, looking at the clock while holding Enzo and realizing it’s barely 9am. I know this might not sound like much, but it doesn’t last forever. Your kids will grow up and I know they will both grow up to be great people.

Instead of saying - more walks - do 30 minutes walk twice a week - very manageable and not so overwhelming. - AM skin routine - apply SPF - PM skin routine - double cleanse And everything else .. diet, clothes, who cares 🤣 we need to eat crap to survive 🫠🤣

I’m the same way. I can’t go to the grocery store because I can’t write a list, even though I write a list for everything else. It’s just easier to do it online. Yeah, it’s more expensive. And not everything that you need is there, so you still need to go to the grocery store. But, going to the grocery store for a small haul rather than a big one is so much easier. Also, did you just say that you walked 15,550 steps? Girl, that’s a lot. Girl, where the fk did you go? What did you do? I mean it’s recommended to have 10,000 steps a day, but still.

It's so much easier online isn't it. I have the other experience too where I can get everything I need online, from one shop. My local shops don't stock half the stuff I usually buy (particularly allergy friendly foods). Haha yeah, just from walking to the bus stop, to the pre-school, into town, around the shops, back to the bus, back home and farting about 🤣 I can't even sit still, even when I'm exhausted. So they soon rack up

Sweetie, I know how you feel when you say that you’re so tired by 8pm. Yet, don’t want to go to sleep because you know you have to get back to that reality. That’s a great way to describe it. Granted, I don’t know how it is in regards to military life and even parenting life. But, as a high functioning neurodivergent person (possibly autistic according to my therapist) that is trying very hard to get low support needs… I totally understand. Having to keep up your hygiene, clean the dishes, clean the house/apartment, go to appointments (whether they’re yours or your kids), get groceries, feed yourself, feed your kids/pets, go to other events that need you to go to, maybe have a social life, but definitely you make sure your kids have one… that is hard for anyone. Add your personal issues that you’re not getting support for and fighting to get support for. That makes it so much harder.

@lailaunknown3989 help as in how? Genetics can't be fixed and honestly I got tired of even going to our genetics doctor because we felt like test subjects, there for them to collect data. When she wasn't growing, they shrugged it off saying oh it's her genetics. Genetics are not, children should grow in some way in a time period of 3 years. We did get those answers and it was way more than just Genetics. She was growth hormone deficient and also diagnosed as failure to thrive. 3 years roughly later of growth hormones and a feeding tube, weight doubled and she's grown 16 inches. Not gonna lie, still a little salty over the time we lost for her to grow but very thankful we got answers and treatment was available.

@@aumomma23 thanks for that, I'm glad you managed to get that treatment. It's taken around 5 years of pushing for us to get the genetic diagnosis, after being brushed off by countless paediatricians. Was it via genetics that you ended up with the growth hormone diagnosis?
@aumomma23
@aumomma23 5 ай бұрын
@lailaunknown3989 no.... at her b6 yr old check up after 3 years of no growth, they actually heard me say for the billionth time, yeah the same she's been for 3 years. Endocrinology is who found it. Even genetics shrugged it off as well it's part of her genetic condition. Genetics or not, she should have grown some way!

I have adhd and was diagnosed when I was a child but started taking medication recently and I’ve found that it’s helped with my parenting with being able to regulate myself a lot better and my emotions and being more patient but it hasn’t solved the problem. I’ve had to go to therapy too cause my self esteem and confidence is shattered due to adhd. I really feel for you cause it is so hard having adhd and can’t imagine how hard it must be too with you’re daughter needing extra help. It’s hard work being a mother with adhd. Xx

I think I have OCD and autism myself. I keep asking for help. But, no one is listening to me and helping me. I think people missed it because one, we were born in and grew up in the 90s. I think a lot of kids fell through the cracks during the 90s and 80s. A lot of girls in those two decades are now getting diagnosed with these disorders and you are hearing stories from all these 26-outward years olds that are JUST getting diagnosed with something that they should have gotten diagnosed with in preschool, if not earlier. I also think it’s because we’re girls. I don’t know why autism, OCD, ADHD presents differently in boys vs. girls. It seems like it’s not as apparent on us as it on boys. But, we obviously are still struggling. I don’t have kids myself. I don’t think I ever will. I know I have way too many issues to raise a child, lol. But, I can’t imagine how much harder it is struggling with any of these disorders while having a child. I know this is easier said than done, but please get evaluation. You need to know. Also, you need someone to regularly talk to like a therapist, even if it’s once a month.

You are f’ing amazing and you’re doing absolutely incredibly. You’re smashing it! 💛 I can completely understand wondering why brains seem different and other people don’t seem to struggle with daily life in the same way we do. I’m not a parent and I can’t start to imagine exactly how your life is from day to day but I do understand finally starting to realise that stuff you’ve struggled with in life so far could have an explanation. I also don’t have any diagnosis but the more I watch on KZbin and talk to other people who have Autism, ADHD, ADD, Dyspraxia etc. I’m absolutely sure that I’m not Neurotypical and I can have meltdowns over the tiniest stupidest things. Anyway I think was a really good video and thanks very much for sharing - you’re not alone with Yootoobs. (I stumbled across you on KZbin after watching Elle’s vlogs) Carry on being amazing. ❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙💜
