The whole purpose of a bike is to be ridden, not to be subjectively criticised for looking old-fashioned, traditional, "pretty basic", or having non-branded components. I have a Dahon D6 amongst the many bikes that I possess. It is not perfect (nothing is). However, it is a very usable bicycle. Get on it, go for a ride, then come back and say how it performed. Until then, please restrain from non-informed comment.

Your address is visible in this video! Often times, you can put a positive balance on your credit card. I'd recommend that for buying this instead of doing direct transfer.

Thanks for the great video which is very well produced and edited. My handlepost is similar to the one you demonstrated in the video. It folds to the right side. Can I make it fold to the left side instead?

I went to Koblenz to see their showroom. I was only looking to test and feel the pathlite on. I didn't even have an appointment. The service was so damn good. They even took my measurements. I have short legs for my height and they said they'll make the frame custom made at no extra cost! I was sold at that point! They shipped the bike and I had 14 days to test return. 4 years later I'm still riding the bike and this time with a Thule ride along attached to it. 😁 I always tell people if they have time and is looking for a bike. I advice to check Canyon and visit them in Koblenz. It's worth the trip. P,ease make an advanced appointment so you'll get the full treatment.

Great video. If you owned a Brompton T-Line, would your rather have 16" wheels or 20" wheels on it? Yes, Brompton only makes 16" wheels but if you could get 20" wheels instead, would you?

Which Bicycle shop Could get Gust
@fender10001004 ай бұрын
For the money overhere. Its very good value. For less than £1000 (for half the price of a P line) You have a bike with better gearing than the Brompton P line. And lighter too.

How do I know what handlepost is a polygon urbano is?
@cre8iveworks5 ай бұрын
Wow, I had no idea that Polygon made folding bikes! This is a sweet looking bike - I really love the vibrant coral color! I've had the Polygon T7 for 2 years now and I love it - Polygon is a solid brand and would consider looking into the folding bike options further. I also ride 2 folding bikes (a Zizzo Urbano and a Kespor Thunderbolt) because they're super convenient and fun to ride. Out of the 2 folding bikes, the Zizzo gets out way more since its an off road bike only weight 24lbs. Is this bike intended for city/commuter use or can it be used off-road/ trail use?

A shorter handlebar post is hard for my elbows, they sore even on short trips and this is due to the vibration of the bike on the road. A longer one will give me an opportunity to bend my elbows, so they'll absorb the shock, resulting to a more comfortable ride.

I found your information very useful as I have been deciding between the B8 & D9. My intended use is for flying & back packing on multi day trips so the more compact size & lower performance may be suitable over the higher spec D9 at double the price. Weight capacity is the same on both & the B8 is 1kg. heavier than the D9. Oh, but the lure of having the best over acceptable even at double the cost is very tempting. :)

You should try DJI Mic. Not only can you send audio to a receiver on your camera… but the mic itself records audio internally. And you won’t need an app in your computer to download the audio files. It plus and play like and mini HDD

As a bike shop owner I can tell you we don’t turn down a customer simply because the bicycle was not purchased at our store. Nor do we up charge for repairs or work on bicycles not purchased at our store. We do work on bicycles in the order they arrive but it is not uncommon to push a bicycle ahead of the line if it was purchased at our shop. Working on a Canyon is no different than working on any other bicycle. We did have a customer wait several months for a set of unique bearings to the upper linkage on an aluminum dual suspension canyon that made a symphony while under pedal load from day one. We’ve also work on canyon road bikes that suffer from the headsets constantly loosening. And one canyon road bike that the bottom bracket shell was out of spec on one side. The bike creaked under pedal load. Every time the bicycle owners were overwhelmed because they had to deal with the issue themselves directly with canyon. We did our part by documenting the issue in order to help the customers deal with warranty but had they purchased a bicycle from an independent bicycle retailer they wouldn’t have had to deal with any of the stress. It would be out of their hands and handled by the dealer. We all make decisions for what we believe to be best.

Thanks for the review. Do you know the distance between the two bolts on the front block mounting nose? I'm wondering if it is a Brompton or Dahon fitting. I think Brompton is about 30.5mm centre to centre. Thanks.

What's the max 16" (305) tire size possible?
@pchykins66808 ай бұрын
I tried both but 16" is dangerously twitchy on long descents...they're only great for flat city streets but they are slow unless you put a 60T crank and pedal like crazy to reach high speeds...they ride rough on cobbled streets and dirt roads...so 20" with multi speed is better.
