Jesus died for our sins, all sins. The Bible doesn't say Jesus died for the sins of his believers, or say Jesus died for all the sins of straight people, Jesus defeated Sin. BIG S sin. All Sin. Jesus defeated Death. All Death. It is through His Victory we gain the gift of eternal life which is shared through the belief that Jesus, God who sent him, did these things.

The bible may not mention the age of the earth but it has a confusing idea about how long the israelites were in captivity. In genesis it says 400 years, in exodus it says 430 years, in acts it says 450 years. When the bible does mention numbers it always contradicts itself. Sooooo many examples.

Thus the transformation of the humble & kind Jesus of the gospels, became the 'halo' clad 'God' ensuring the success of Roaman power & authority! Who is to say that God did not have a hand in creating science as a means for His children / people to learn? If one looks at the Periodic Table and looks at how the Periodic Table is constructed (works and functions) one can easily say that the Periodic Table has to be the result of intelligent design! The fact that the elements are able to share electrons that allow elements to combine to form highly complex molecules necessary for inorganic and organic life to exist here on earth is impossible in itself since elements do not have the ability or capability to organize themselves in such extraordinary complexity and functionality.
