I love this interview. Love Tommieboi’s comment that he and B.X.O grew up together but had their own friends and that it is a blessing. Love that they landed on SONS of no town. It resonates with the Hmong story. People of no land. All is very inspirational and many truth in this interview.

cali ain't for the weak and mediocre. that's why. The industry got more bread than anywhere, but you gotta be the top shelf person to get that bread or you'll just be another "hmong" person or just a nobody rapper in general.

Rap Music in California Politics is a whole different ball games from NorCal, Cencal, Socal. Different beats, gangs, hoods, lingos, sound, politics, programs, appearances.

Mn's hmong community is more together and they have alot of opportunities because the hmong people there built a big community. My cousins said that if they drove 30 mins it's considered far (saint paul to Minneapolis) . Imagine cali had hmong collectively within sacramento and stockton only. But california hmongs are spread throughout california

Yo I have a person whom have potential and have bars and love all music and are looking for a strong structure and a stable foundation to support that person and to pursue that person's goals and dreams and ambition. Lmk how to contact and get him thru the door, please. I do not want to see that person go head in the wrong direction. He needs a path he needs direction to pursue his goal and dream.

You guys are only ok with maybe 1 or two bangers tbh dont get way over your head this isnt easy like growing SA ...theres already a platform for everyone but like you said you guys are trying to do things for free for the community but majority dont see and believe in you guys so thats the reason no one is running to work with ya 😂 LBH...outside the race features is impossible for you guys ..only guy is David and maybe 1 or two other players 💯

Tommieboi question. The mien community is huge but I don’t see them advancing like the Hmong ppl in music wise. Will you tap into the mien community soon? Drop some songs in Hmong/mien mix?
@censordat3 сағат бұрын
The problem with the mien community is that…The mien community hate on each other too much…A lot of gossip but no support. Too divided, especially with the religion stuff…Christian vs Siepv Mien…Which is sad.

The thing with any race is that ..when you get your race to support you on your music..hiw do you get to the next step and get you to be recognized nationwide through every ethic...I see alot of hmong artist that can sing very well even better than some famous artists out there..but how do you get to that next level. . I have not seen that yet...

This is for you two young men: don’t ever feel the need to explain yourselves or apologize for being who you are-or for another man. For those wondering, there’s no need to overanalyze or demand answers. Sometimes, silence speaks louder than words. I respect young men who can sit in a room with their elders, listen, exchange stories, and carry themselves with humility. The same goes for an elder or OG who does the same. There’s no ego battling here-because that belongs on the battlefield, not in spaces of growth and unity. To those who’ve been stepping on your own people while chasing titles, winning at any cost, and eating well off the struggles of others your time is coming to an end. The underbelly of it all is unraveling, and the truth is waiting for the tower to fall. What I appreciate most about sonsofnotown is that they’re not trying to fit into anyone’s box. They’re bringing their authentic selves, and that’s where their power lies. Unity doesn’t need a loud voice; it needs a real one. And as for the comments? Many of y’all are the last people anyone would seek wisdom from, yet here you are, loud and wrong. Let’s give young men, others, and those who can’t yet speak up the space to rise. Greatness doesn’t belong in hiding it deserves to be shared! Time will reveal everything, because actions will always speak louder than opinions.
