Short Summary 1) No Pitching 2) Don't ask questions that offer something to the user 3) Never push any information/your opinions onto the user 4) Unusual answers by a single person are not enough to come to a conclusion 5) No hypothetical questions 6) Don't ask questions that makes the interviewee give ideal answers 7) Aim for stories not statements

This isn't related to customer interview sorry. Lol. I'm a clinical psychologist and I get complete strangers walking up to me in the street and asking for help. And I will. I was hoping your video would be about something else. Have a nice day. With your first comment I would add somewhere with your, permission, which can be seen as offering respect. But that's just from my training & psychology. Cheers. But I'm actually looking for people to work with this is giving me a good idea. I never thought of doing this before. Thank you very much. Absolutely if someone wants to tell you there's a story listen. I liked it when you said that. Sub. Great video, random find.

Please correct: 'Customer development is all about validating your assumptions....' this is not true. This mindset contributes to the massive 90% failure rate we have in the startup industry. CustDev is all about 'Invalidating' you're asumptions to avoid confirmation bias. If you try to validate something, you will. It's easy, even when it's the wrong thing to build.

Hi there, great video. The audio is still one-sided and the link for the handout l(www.pelo.tech/documents/CustDev-Interviews.pdf) eads to a broken page. Perhaps this could be fixed.
