Mike is the best fisherman in the state. That man could catch a bass in the middle of the desert. Legend.

Get ready with us for the Southwest Custom Tackle Weekend Warriors Event. Mike is going in with his spf 50 making sure to cover his ears to protect from that all day sun reflecting on the lake. Lol jk good luck to you guys

Overheating camera solution. If you haven't already, remove the battery and connect direct power. If that is possible. Also, film at lower resolution at lower frame rate, if possible. Nice job guys!

I spent a whole season in my boat without making a cast, trolled bottombouncers and jigs for walleyes at .8 mph on top of roads with my livescope,or side scanned and marked fish ,then went to get on top of them with my livescope. At the end of winter I would spend hours looking for gizzard shad because most had died, when I found a small school I would stay on top of them with my livescope until the fish showed up,not 1 cast just watching my livescope or side scanning .I want to fish Roosevelt this winter and I don’t plan on making a cast. You guys tire me out just watching, haha.Good luck

What kind of rod and reel combo do you like for deep diving crankbaits? Any recommendations for gear ratio? I’ve found that my arms get fatigued quickly with my slx dc
If you check out this video titled , A day in my life, I do a summertime cranking breakdown at about 14minutes 30 seconds. I go over gear ratio also. As a rule of thumb, the slower the gear ratio the easier it is to bring those baits in. Hope this helps.

I'm there almost every weekend in my kayak trolling the banks around French Creek. If you want to hit deep water monsters at this lake, grab a spoon and get down to about 50-60 feet, you'll pull big striper from 6- 11am. Somewhere between 8-10a I will usually start throwing the deep crank baits, 5x, 6xd and the large mouth are hitting in the 20-30's, usually on the dive or within the first ten cranks bumping the bottom. FYI, on the fishbrain app there are a lot of catch and release anglers like myself marking big bass and throwing them back ;)

@@hassan-rc8rq Actually, you did. "Were you guys using fish finder" It is pretty basic knowledge that a "fish finder" as you put it would include things like live scope, mapping, forward facing sonar, active imaging, also known as "etc". "troll" is also a fishing term btw ;)

Hey Creston, Just wanted to say sorry your dealing with the skin cancer. I really wish you the best with that. I beat throat cancer myself. I actually made your video here. In about 10 minutes in I'm the guy in the Xpress center consul pulling out of the very back of Castle Creek giving you a wave. Your fishing partner teams up on Wednesdays with my good friend Mitch. Loved the Wife of a fisherman your wife did too. That was great. Good luck in your next tournament.
