You should consider offering a 15-day free trial. I’m eager to purchase the platform, but I need to ensure I can create bots and access all the features I require. Many potential users, like myself, are unlikely to commit without first testing the product to see if it fits their needs. Currently, I’m using Botpress, which offers a free version. The learning curve can be slow, so paying upfront without knowing if I’ll be able to fully utilize the platform is a dealbreaker for me and likely for others as well

To set up a WhatsApp Cloud API account, all you need is a Meta account, a website, and a phone number that is not currently in use with WhatsApp.

I recently tried to get one to use the IG API and they rejected my signup with a work email saying that it didn't follow the community standards. Then I tried with my private business email and had similar results. What am I doing wrong?

@@Renat_Esp Currently, you must use a phone number that isn't already active on WhatsApp to set up WhatsApp cloud API. Unfortunately, there's no workaround at the moment, even with additional fees.

Hi do you support Dynamoc WhatsApp Flows. In this video you these WhatsApp form options were static right? Is it possible to show dynamic options in the WhatsApp Flow. Usecase. For the first time users we can show all the static options and for the second time visitor's is it possible to display previously selected options in the WhatsApp flows and they only need to just make minor edits as per there need. Let me know if this works with this integration.

You can map previously collected inputs to variables and reuse them in a native flow to prepopulate data from these saved variables. Currently, it requires editing the flow JSON after creating the static flow. The Libromi chatbot is enabled to make this process dynamic.

In that case, we recommend not using your existing number for the Cloud API. Instead, choose a new number for registration and automation purposes. Keep the existing number with the WhatsApp app, as it contains your conversation history, and currently, there is no option to export or import backups to the Cloud API. These are entirely different WhatsApp solutions designed for distinct commercial automation needs.
