hii I'm so sorry bcos idk where I kept the book :( But I can suggest you to look at blogs like Cikgu Harliza (cikguharlizabm.blogspot.com/2011/04/frasa-menarik-dalam-karangan.html) I usually just memorise words/phrases that can be used in multiple situations so that it's easier to remember.

As far as I remember, I would schedule 3 days for one subject. So lets say bm n bi are one day after another (wednesday n thursday), i would do sunday: bm monday: bm & bi tuesday bm & bi wednesday after exam: bi But for subjects that require consistency (addmaths etc), I suggest you to do a few questions (easy to hard) every day! At least u’ll know the patterns of the questions and how to solve it
