In separate note, I had a female Lyft passenger in the eve of new year who refused to getout of my car. It took close to 15 minutes to waken her up by her friend( even her friend gaveup and left it to me to deal with). This was the bad experience I ever had in rideshare otherwise all other passengers were angles so far. Praise be to Jesus. The drivers like this guy are the ones tarnish the rideshare business. As an independent contractor, you are an ambassador to Lyft/ Uber so that professionalism , trust, self control, integrity , love and respect are key factors. Please don’t forget to install camera in your car.

Other person told me company 5 years ago ì was doing drugs!! Old lady 80 years old complained ì was threatening her ! Because I told her you are not in system! They canceled for you so now I have other customers! For security matter I told her she must get out off my car ! She complains for me anyway! And all this cases ì have to prove ì done nothing absolutely I didn’t nothing to all cases !! But what must change is the attitude offf American people ! I give ride to people all around the world ! I never have problems with any non American!!!! ! Company’s doesn’t care for the drivers! But don’t use the words black Chinese, or emigrant,,,,
