Hauptsache der Anstrich hält jetzt, kenn das mit Lastogum das es mit der Glätkelle aufgezogen wird. Das gibt es auch in mehreren Farben und wird viel für Schwimmbäder als Abdichtung unter den Fliesen genommen. Da soll zum Beispiel die zweite Farbe komplett die erste abdecken, um eine gewisse Schichtdicke zu gewährleisten.

Yes, the tiles are screwed to prevent the wind from lifting them.
