There's blood running down the walls. It's an old saying my brain came up with meaning stress left ignored, grief left to fester. There's so much pain here. Everything hurts so much. And no one teaches us how to deal with it. So put it here. Sing along and cry out how unfair everything and all of it is. Let the blood pool around you and sing it's song. I commit this song to you, sufferer.

It's hard to believe dreams hold any meaning They're too chaotic, like so much water churning and swirling down the drain. I don't think that makes them pointless though. I don't think you can survive long without completely letting go of reality and sanity. Maybe the messier our dreams are the better off we become. I can only hope.

This is one of the more unsettling music’s I’ve heard. And I still can’t figure out the picture, weather the camera is upside down on a tree or are the bushes, which set of lights is the reflection or are neither reflections. It’s pretty cool.

I believe that even after the worst times, That even when the worst feeling imaginable Spreads through your body like a cancer I believe that there is a sunrise after. That there will always be hope. That there's always something worth living for. That's what Auroros means to me. I hope Auroros can be a part of your sunrise.

We're not alone. We're Not Alone. There are people who will see us in all our shame and self-hate, people who will still accept us despite all this, everything we are. Humans can't survive long alone. We need others to remind us that being human means connection. Or we stop being human. We can't survive just on internal validation. We need others to accept us. We Need Belonging. Without it, we become nothing. If someone loves us, we exist. We belong, and belonging means Everything. And there are people our there that will truly love you. You Are Not Alone.

It feels like you shouldn't exist. Like your existance itself is wrong. Fundamentally. Your hands involuntarily twitch, Wanting to rip off all your skin. Tear apart this disgusting face. It hurts. It hurts so much. Existing like this, being WRONG, All eyes on you. That moment where warning bells ring. The way they look at you, eyes wide. Disgust and fear like daggers. Shivers down your spine like ice. Your skin wants to crawl away from you. Left alone with Shame, knowing you shouldn't exist.

Pain is hard to deal with. Understatement of the century, right? It's different for everyone, and there's no guide. You have to find your own path through. I haven't been able to really cry in a long time. For a while, I thought I was internally suppressing it. But I think I just don't have it in me anymore. Sometimes, a few tears come out, but then... Nothing. When you lose someone, or something terrible happens, It's like a wave of cold tones and hues slowly swallowing you. An ocean of ice and fear and emptiness and isolation. Paying attention to those emotions, you feel like you're drowning. Or, give in to the emptiness in your heart and feel nothing at all. But life goes on. It doesn't stop for you, for anything for that matter. Fall back into your work, slowly take up your habits again. Not realizing that you enjoy it all a little less than before, That your self care and daily habits are a bit more sloppy, That part of you died with them. When the horrific and the mundane are made into one, How can you cry over any one thing in particular? Your worldview gets a little darker, a little more bleak, To everyone else you probably look fine, but are you? Or have you just learnt to feel at home in the dark and empty? Go back. Find that part of you in the cold and the dark and the empty. Yes, life goes on and you must remain vital and functional. But whenever you get the chance, tend to your wounds. Feel your pain, acknowledge it, express it, and release it. Take your grief and carry it's injured body back to life. Let life flow back into your frozen limbs, don't fear the pain, Let your screams and sobs mark the significance it. Only by knowing and expressing our pain through and through, can we heal.

Peace isn't always a happy thing. But there are worse ways to be. That old myth... I wonder what the original moral was. Probably something about being wary of gods in disguise, Whatever it was, maybe it's fitting that I "pirate" it for my own purposes. I wonder if those sailors found what they were looking for. People chase after all kinds of things, ambitions and desires rule most people. Most don't stop to ask why. I wonder if those pirates did, if they existed at all. Sometimes, we get so caught up in our lives, we forget to ask why we do what we do. Will our goals and cycles of entertainment actually help us? Or are we just giving ourselves busy work? Because we're too scared of what would happen if we stopped for a moment and questioned our lives. Those sailers were turned into dolphins, creatures that are probably smart enough to introspect. I wonder if they realized that what they were doing was pointless, that no wealth would stay and no dreams would mean anything once they were reached. I'd like to think that, given a new, simpler life, they found peace. I'm sure they grieved those they left behind, but I'd like to think they were released from the insanity of chasing ambition and pleasure. That they could appreciate the new world given to them, and be truly free in their peace. Maybe we can do the same. Peace isn't exciting, or very satisfying. But there are much worse ways to be.

Greek legend tells of pirates so bent on power and pleasure that they captured Dionysus to assult and ransom for money. You have to wonder what insanity was running through their minds already, to try to kidnap a man that looked like a god. The meaningless spinning cycles of life, to try to find meaning in it all, apparently by becoming rapists and pirates. Insanity. And us? We aren't insane murderers, but we like to chase the meaningless. Hunt ambitions that ultimately mean little. Spinning through the cycles in our lives, the same tune over and over again. The curse of sisyphus that drives us insane. A person burning, drowning in ambition is not a person at all. The insanity of doing the same thing over and over again.

Sit down. Let go of your apprehension. It's ok. There's nothing to be afraid of. Fearing, hating yourself. What's the point? You can trust this. After all, it's you. It's only you. You have to trust yourself. Feel your heart, feel who you are. Know what you are. And learn to believe. It's ok. You're allowed to believe in yourself. Sit down, and be. Take your throne. Write and sing and love the way your're made to. It's you. It's yours. Trust yourself. Trust yourself.

The door whines low, protesting at such movement after so long. Light from the gray sky filters through the windows, caked in dirt or shattered utterly. A chair stands before you, decrepit, but you know it'll hold your weight. After all, It's for you.

Everything has to start somewhere. I remember first writing this on the free version of flstudio on my Iphone. I was just a kid who wanted to make something. Wanted to inspire and be inspired. It's first title was "inspiration". This is the beginning of my journey into composing music. I hope it inspires you for whatever journey you're on.
