I believe it's mostly Nob. I've been experimenting with double strike remove myself and I've found that hallway consistency goes way up when you draw neutralise more consistently along with some block. But it puts a tonne of pressure to get attack cards to kill Nob since you're removing 12 damage in the first deck cycle. If you don't see a well above average amount of good quality attacks before your first elite or have very good Nob potions, you straight up have to dodge. Or you can chance the other two and fall back on brute forcing with your HP (which should be relatively high because of hallway consistency) and aim for a 4 turn kill, but this is really risky because of the blind reshuffle. Again, you'd need a draw / consistency potion to make this viable.
