Hey Emma. Sorry for the delay. Anyway the question is based on the concept of manometers. Manometers are the pressure measuring devices which measure pressure at a point in a fluid. It is based on the principle of balancing of the column of the fluid against the pressure. U- tube manometers are the transparent glass tubes bent in a U shape where both ends are exposed to the atmospheric pressure. With that in mind, the formula for calulating pressure in relation to height and density is p = hpg. Hope this answer helps
