Notice you use soft catch traps Iam using mb450 close jaw and 550 offset w/3 swivels about 50% fox and coyote w/foot damage are rubber jaw better?

Yes sir soft catch is the way to go. If you can find victor 1 1/2s I reccomend those but a 1 3/4 will work. Hard to find either one of them now since they quit making traps. My neck choice would be a Bridger 1.65 rubber jaw

@@vincehamilton5718 I haven't had any issues with them not holding a coyote. If you are able to add rubber pads to your mbs go for it.

You can buy replacement jaws for $6 cheaper than buying new traps just was concerned about the weight Iam 65 just started trapping got a lot to learn thanks for the help

Awesome find! Do you find a lot of quartz points in your area? I have been think of doing a video covering quartz as a lithic material but its not common in my area.

It's not the most common material we find here. However, I do find them fairly regularly in my area. Rhyolite is the most common found material in my area
