CSTO ask Vladimir Putin of Russia to do this to boost or increase Russian economy which is decling due to sanctions of USA & western countries. First thing Russia must do is to increase tourism, for this Russia must release world cheapest tour packages for about 1 week. Also in this cheapest tour package all friends countries of Russia or neutral countries which are not enemies countries of Russia must be given benefits. Just imagine if in 1 year 100 millions or even 1 billion visit Russia from next month September 2024 to September 2025 then see how much foreign exchange currencies will Russia get which will be enough for next 1 year Russian economy to remain stable even in sanctions are there on Russia. Also Russia must try to bring film makers from all over the world to Russia for movie production. And suitable place for films & movies making will be north Russia which is arctic region or north pole where there is aurora lights & snow like that found in Antarctica. On west side of Russia tourist can go to sea beaches for vacation & holidays. On south side of Russia there can be a whole village or town where 100 thousands or 1 millions diamond employees can make diamonds from Russian raw diamonds which are also sanctions by European union. This way Russia can call diamond employees in Russia for making new diamonds for ornaments from raw diamonds. If Russia wants to stop ukraine to come forward inside Russian territory from kurks towards Moscow then Russia can use tatical nuclear missile in it's own territory in way from where ukraine is moving towards Moscow. But be careful first remove all humans and animals from range of tatical nuclear missile falling area. If suppose ukraine forces is about 20 kilometres away from Moscow then Russia can use tatical nuclear missile at 10 kilometres away from Moscow or 15 kilometres away from Moscow. Russia can use tatical nuclear missile in their own territory because it is Russian area and in own area Russia can do anything. Even Russia can destroy it's own nuclear power plant by themselves to prevent ukraine forces to come forward towards Moscow. If suppose Russia destroy it's own nuclear power plant then there will be nuclear reaction and by that ukraine forces will automatically forced to go back towards ukraine. But use tiny nano size tatical nuclear missile only during very emergency. International organisations only stop one country to use nuclear missiles on other countries, but no international organisations has said to any country that they can't do nuclear missiles testing in their own region. See Kim Jong Unn of North Korea who is doing nuclear missile testing on it's own North Korean island. So only use tiny nano size tatical nuclear missiles to keep away invaders away from Moscow or other parts of Russia & CSTO members countries. Russia must not use direct nuclear missiles on any european or other countries other wise nuclear war will start. Russia can use tatical nuclear missile in such a way in it's own territory that nuclear range don't goes outside of Russian borders to neighbouring countries of Russia. If this way done then there will be no problem of using nuclear missiles tiny by Russia in it's own regions which has no population of humans or animals. But Russia must always try to prevent use of nuclear missiles even tiny nano size tatical nuclear for maintaining peace.
