Awesome video. I find McCarthy plastics quite good (and affordable). Their Mcringer 6" in baby bass does well in Arabie dam and other dams around Polokwane.

It's a strange dam. The bottom looks do dead bcs their is no grass. Had the small craft nationals their it was a real moster to fish with its dead water.

Hi there. Thank you. Only bank angling I know of is Reitvlei, Bass Lake. Koster is a bit further but some good bass have been caught off the banks. Places like Rust de winter are fished from the banks, but there a huge crocs, so a boat is recommended. Check out the ebass Facebook page. They are hosting a bank angling competition 🤙🏻

Hi there. Thanks for the comment. Our rig is a Crackleback 460 with a Mercury 115 Optimax. It's easy to fish off with 2 up and lots of storage hatches. You can contact Escape Boating in Benoni. They manufacture the Crackleback's.

Love the Abu reels. Shimano also one of my favorites. We mostly have LM bass here. Some SM in some of the dams. Still need to add SM to my list of catches.
