I think he won the first fight, but yes, was pretty close, and fine if you disagree. As he said, Canelo loads up on big punches, whereas with Beterbiev it seems like less effort, and he throws short punches so well.

A lot of hype surrounding DO, I think I’ve watched him box 3/4 times in the last 12months, definitely did not live up to that hype based on those 3/4 fights imo. Wish him a successful pro career.

Bivol,the most likable guy there is. But,as to the rematch vs Arthur..,Bivol looks very worn out, and not so spirited like before. Hard training and the experience from the 1 encounter label him clearly. May the best win.

I remember seeing Johnny sparring Joe Joyce one evening at my friends gym Stallards in Surbiton. First time I’d ever seen John and his old man. Was such a good spar…he couldn’t miss Joyce with that right hand. Solomon Dacres was also there.
