What a great feeling it is, to see those hives fade away week after week. Healthy skin = Let’s go shirtless, lol! OK, getting silly here, but look for Shane Zormander’s hive cures to see what I mean!

Is there a treatment ???

What a beautiful child. As a near-universal reactor myself, with chronic health issues since my premature birth over 65 years ago, I understand, truly. But most diagnoses are incorrect, or not thorough ones; moreover the treatment protocols for complex cases are frequently based on symptoms alone. Even with rigorous testing, those results do not give the ROOT CAUSE of what is going on, and until that/those are defined clearly and addressed, there will be little to no improvement. And what is worse, the treatments including medications, can be or do more harm than good. It is so heartbreaking to be in the center of that storm. Ask me how I know! For me it turned out to be an extreme sensitivity to many things, mostly foods and environmental chemicals that were so life-threatening. And often the prescriptions that mainstream, even allergy specialists prescribed were another source of the problems. Then to be wrongfully labeled as a non-compliant patient was the ultimate offense. Doctors are, in their own eyes of course, never wrong. I finally after 3 years of having an allergist do extensive testing [which I was legitimately reactive to most everything tested for but to the level I needed], but then inject me with "allergy shots" preserved with - get this - formaldehyde! And I was reacting more severely to the exposures to the toxic chemical formaldehyde, than what the antigen was supposed to be treating! After 3 years of this I finally had to get the courage to firmly but nicely have a consult w/the doctor and say that I liked him and respected him but that I was not only not getting better but worse. He wasn't visible offended but agreed that I certainly showed many specific sensitivities but then and only then revealed that his stock-formulated antigens were preserved with formaldehyde and that he would refer me to a clinical ecologist/allergy specialist who used refrigeration to preserve their CUSTOM antigens, rather than a neuro-toxin and carcinogenic chemical! That was back in 1981. It has been a horrendous journey, but that one that has saved my life, because the EHC-Dallas actually got to the REAL ROOT cause of my severe allergic reactions, and provide treatment. Unfortunately for me, the only help for chemical sensitivities is avoidance, and in these "modern times", that is humanly impossible. Especially without any help and having to continue to work full time in the daily environments that caused and aggravated to the point of life-threatening reactions were/are a daily event. By 1983 my immune system had been depleted so badly from these assaults that I was given 6 months to live. I am still alive, but barely. U.S. health care in this area is non-existent. So unless one has very deep pockets, you are doomed. For eczema I have learned that it is a complex condition involving not just the skin but multiple systems involvement, and often underlying sensitivities that are not addressed. I hope this precious boy and all others so challenged, find the true and appropriate care they need.

Find a well-respected clinical ecologist, an allergist who knows about preparing custom antigens that are prepared to the individual's specific needs AND are not preserved with toxic chemicals. Yes, detoxing the laundry, bedding etc before cross-contaminating the home environment is a great idea. So is having a less toxic home in general such as ridding your home of ANY fragrances, mostly the synthetic ones added to nearly every commercially prepared product, but even so-called organic fragrances can be a real problem for those with allergic sensitivities. Get rid of carpeting. Use much safer cleaning products such as baking soda, hydrogen peroxide, and household vinegar. Read any & all resources suggested by Dr Wm. J. Rea, MD [EHC-Dallas], Dr. Doris Rapp, et al. And yes, most typical OTC products [over-the-counter] items might provide short term symptomatic relief, it is not getting to the root of the problem. Avoidance, modification, and custom antigen therapy can do wonders! It actually saved my life in 1981.
