Nice video. Handy tip on the measuring device: add an inline pressure regulator (fixed type set at 2 bar or 30 PSI) to prevent overpressuring the oil compartment and seals.

2:43 The instructions on the right say to wet the rubber surface with oil. Then there’s a pop up message that says ‘don’t touch the mechanical seal and mount dry.’ Can you explain what this means?

I know this is an old video. I hope someone is still watching it. I tried this with a smaller Tsurumi pump. I heated the bearings using a heat gun to 230 F. Then I tried 250 F. It wouldn't come close to going on the shaft. What am I doing wrong? I don't have the fancy device to heat the bearing. I watched other videos where they forced it onto the shaft with a pipe over the shaft. There must be a better way.
