I feel like whenever I do RDLs i dont feel it in my glutes… but see them constantly recommended as a glute focused exercise… Any tips?? I REALLY try hard to do the form right 😅😅

This was good information. I think this will work for me. I've been focusing more on my arms to tone them up. So only doing this 1-2x a week is perfect!

I'm humbled 😂😂🫠 this was hard and my glutes are sooo sore today. Did half the weight in hip thrusts that i usually do. After the full workout i had seriously problems to walk the stairs in the gym 😂

If we aren’t training anything else, could we do this more than once a week? I’m on a cut right now but as I’m reaching my goal weight, I’d like to start getting in the habit of training glutes. I’m curious if I can eventually do this 2x a week? *edit cause I repeated myself lol

honestly i was debating switching to body weight bulgarians because i have the same issue. i cannot maintain my proper form when i put a lot of weight on and my ankle tends to roll too so it’s good to know that i can still see progress when doing body weight

Would i be able to do this home as well or is it best to go to the gym . I see so many mix opinions on this topic . You have to be in the gym to grow glutes and some say it can be achieved at home .
