the display is smaller, non-touch screen, the Fnirsi looks better. If this could do what it promises in its specification, and if it didn't have so many bugs, unfortunately many of them are quite fatal. then Fnirsi would be better. But I see no chance that this will ever be a usable scope.

Bses on your experience, do you recommend this model from fnirsi. ?'''
@juhaszpeter47963 ай бұрын
I do not recommend it under any circumstances. Currently, it has so many bugs, limitations and weak points that it cannot be used reliably. A couple of examples. The multimeter part is unsafe, the two panels are close together, the fuses are plain field glass fuses and soldered on, not in a case. The signal generator part is a disaster. The signal is not clear, it can only be set to 0-3V, there is no negative voltage. That is, you cannot produce an alternating signal. e.g.: sine signal from -1.5V to 1V. that is, there is no DC offset in it. The oscilloscope part also contains a lot of bugs. The trigger is not working properly. it is difficult to capture random non-repeating signals. You can only move the trigger time on the screen, if you zoom in horizontally, you can only see the vicinity of the trigger point... Sometimes you can't even move it, the image freezes... Again, the depth of the memory is not defined properly. just like the other fnirsi scope. Owon says that 8k, that means 8000 sample points. Here it was written that "Storage Depth: Up to 64kByte" for a normal scope, this would mean that, for example, the scope is 8 bits, so 8 bits is 1 byte, so the memory should represent around 64,000 sample points. No matter how I test it, I couldn't find it. The sensitivity of the channel is also very weak... horrible In the last video, I noticed that when I was examining a larger signal, at 1V and I moved the 0 point of the channel, the yellow arrow lower on the left, the top of the signal is cut off straight away. I tried Owonomat, I took the signal all the way to the bottom, and it didn't cut off the signal, it also displayed what fit in the display. of course, if the 0 point is in the middle and you press four pauses, only half a division is saved in the memory in addition to the display, since it is only 8 bits. I suspect that this is a hardware limitation with Fnirsi. Sometimes it switches to AC mode and I couldn't figure out why. The indicator shows DC, but it is definitely in AC. In other words, no, you should not buy this product, because it still has a lot of bugs, and I suspect that it also has a hardware origin. Unfortunately, I got caught up in it, after the DPOX180H I thought it could only get better. But this, in my humble opinion, is worse than the 1013D. Watching Kerry Wong's video, if I understood what he said correctly, he also gave up testing after a certain point.

@@juhaszpeter4796 yes, for the DPOX180H, there is a lot of positive opinions, it's a good gadget, The 1014d may be I'll buy one in the future just for the ease of use and dedicated bottons for the basic fonctions of any oscilloscope, some times when troubleshooting i think it help.

Nice that you have them both and made the comparison between the both, Do you think one is better than the other?
@juhaszpeter47963 ай бұрын
Yes. Owon has quite basic knowledge, mine is still V3. The oscilloscope part cannot measure Vrms, but at least I can believe what I see on the screen. This was just a quick comparison of how the two different frequency sinus signal look on the display. The refresh rate and image quality speak for themselves. Owon is more continuous, but there are frequencies where it is difficult to decide what you are seeing. If I consider only the XY mode, then the tie, but my heart is more towards Owon. If I take quality and reliability as a basis, I would not recommend Fnirsi to anyone under any circumstances. Unfortunately, it has many bugs and other annoying phenomena.😱 if I knew this earlier, I would have bought a Hantek TO1112 instead of this. 😭

@@juhaszpeter4796 Thanks a lot for your comments, I'm evaluating to buy one and I heard that Hantek is good and there are comparisons with Owon which I believe is good too. I saw a cheaper option, maybe not at the level of Owon or Hantek, the Zohi ZT703S only 50Mhz which looks like that is reliable. Did you check it? In the past to have a 50Mhz BW oscilloscope was luxurious.
@juhaszpeter47963 ай бұрын
@@JorgeRzezak you are right, but you have to move with the times. now 200 MHz will slowly become the base. I watched Zoyi too, better than Fnirsi. I don't know where the bug fixes are at the moment. Zoyi's videos didn't impress me, it's usable but If I compare the price and its knowledge, it is TO1112 in every way. If I were to buy one now. Hantek 170 USD Zoey $100 Fnirsi $120 would cost Just by the way, I bought Fnirsi for 140, which I can't use because of the bugs... Of course, you also have to take into account what you want to use it for. Zoyi gets updates. Fnirsi is not or only very rarely. If it fully serves your needs, it might be fine. But Fnirsi should be avoided for now. Too many serious bugs.

@@JorgeRzezak I'm glad I could help. I don't think you will find anything better in this price range. Hantek offers much more. If you take into account that it costs about 2x as much as Fnirsi or the other low-end ones, but in return it can give you back more than 10x more. There are a few authentic and unauthentic videos about this. I got stuck on one of them, the guy couldn't load the reference wave. He tried it through the file manager, just as the screenshot should be loaded. It does not include a multimeter or a signal generator, but I think it is better to buy it separately. Unfortunately, I already regretted not buying it. I bought the Fnirsi for my brother so , he could take part in Audio Technology and some basic electronic signal testing, but the Fnirsi is so horrible and unreliable that I can't even give it to him under strong restrictions... Nice expensive paperweight... It is worth looking around before buying. more videos where they are properly tested, I really like Kerry Wong's videos, he speaks honestly. I currently have two Unusable and one partially usable oscilloscope. All three Fnirsi...🤣
