Actually Sarah shows her feeling to Shaw exactly when Chuck breaks up with Hannah. She was trying to avoid Shaw somehow in the beginning. I hate this episode. Feel sorry for Hannah and Chuck too.

Exactly. Sarah had been arguing for months that Chuck was turning into a terrible person. But in the spy world, everyone (Shaw, Beckman, even Casey) praised his decline. The viewer is led to believe that Sarah just doesn’t want Chuck to be a spy. Hannah’s role is to ultimately reinforce what Sarah has been saying all along. Chuck has become a horrible person.
