Do you as a self-taught musician have a special tip for someone like me with very little theoretical background that worked out well for you while learning?

See what works and what doesn’t. I can add that it may help trying to be intentional and selective about what aspects of technique are most useful for your time (e.g., practicing scales or chords, playing rhythms to a metronome, reading manuals/doing research for gear, etc.) The key is to determine what aspects of theory and technique are most relevant to the music you want you make (and you are already making very lovely electronic music!). We can talk more about it on Discord. :)
