Thai airways needs effective leadership and better management system and eliminate corruption. This airline has been in aviation business in many decades and should understand how to operate and run airline business in a challenging time.

I have a friend who is a flight attendant for Thai Airways and informed me not all Thai planes are being parked because of covd. Many of those planes had been retired from Thai Airways and only a few are being parked because of covd but can be retired is the situation get worse because of financial difficulties

Fantastic, but all-too-brief shots of a snorkelled-up parka hood... Wondering how much he was able to see of the city before he unzipped it a bit though!

Thanks, Budapest is an amazing city, I got to see plenty as we did the full bus loop and it does the whole city both sides of the river. It was bloody cold though on the top of that bus in the middle of December but it’s the best way to see everything.

Yep, love the city - have been there twice, but both in the height of summer, and in both cases arriving by bike (having cycled 850km from Germany) and leaving shortly after by night train back home. Wish I'd stayed around longer. Haven't seen it in winter, and therefore, much like the weather anywhere right now, it's hard to imagine it ever being that cold! :D Ah, I miss the winter...

snorkel parka nice! It’s definitely worth a winter visit the atmosphere is great and it was surprisingly quiet in December, just very, very cold which probably puts most people off. I think there was only us idiots sat outside on that bus, but what’s the point in doing an open top bus and sitting inside, surely then it’s just like any old bus?

Too right. And what's the point of having a parka if you don't make use of the snorkel hood to enjoy things despite the cold weather - or even simply to enjoy the cold weather?! :D

That’s right! It’s a proper old school parka where the hood zips right up into a tunnel. Looks like I had it unzipped there for some reason which is strange given the windchill on that bus that day!
