IIRC if Nilfgaard did lose the battle by either not doing Radovid side quest or siding with Djikstra at the end, he will indeed leave the village, pressumably with the Nilfgaardians.

Only if you choose one of the specific quest endings. With the other one it won't be this bleak.

@@Silversurfer-ee7ui No it's because that after you finish the game, you go back to the point of time before the final battle. So we never see anything change.

@@leewalker23 Yeah that but i mean Raven armor which you only get upper part from The Witcher 1 to 2, not the rest parts of the armor. Don't know for Kingslayer and Vran armors from 2 to 3 but definitely are awful.

@@leewalker23 Yeah it was in my inventory back in 2013. Game combat was awful, felt like game was gluing me to enemies in 2nd game. Not much space to dodge on majority of fights.
