We always have been from our very foundation , and hopefully always will be . In fact the very foundation of Celtic is political . Nonsense about sport and politics don’t go together is exactly that … nonsense . There is nothing wrong with showing solidarity with an oppressed population in their homeland. Something which generally strikes a chord with most Celtic fans as it is a similar scenario which is the very foundation of our beginnings. Also does the Basque flag bother you too ??No one ever mentions that . Yet it’s flown every week too . Always the Palestinian flag that annoys people .
