I'm so sorry this happened to you. I knew a lady who purchased her car from Carvana too. She traded in a Toyota Sienna for a Toyota Highlander. My husband is a mechanic and worked on the Sienna for her. She was already looking for something else. She went and completed the deal online. Set the address for pickup as my husband's shop. The driver arrived, checked the mileage and proceeded to drop off the Highlander and load up the Sienna. She had no previous experience with cars. Her last job was at Victoria's Secret. People have had all kinds of issues, not being able to get their titles sometimes too. Hopefully you can get it repaired and move on to something better.
