i got a 19 inch memorex crt tv with s video and composite inputs for 10$. what sucks is i can never find a tv with remote or component inputs

I know what are ya feelin mann..😁👍i mean i fix my Toshiba Bomba14" Tv from my childhood.. yesterday i picked it up from my old house it was broken because lightning damage back in maybe 2018 or 2017 and my family tossed it in house because they prefer LED 32inch tv.. and i even forget that i had that treasure CRT lyin arround my old house until 2024 and i feel im loosing something while playing ps2.. and yeah my best decision ever to fix that Toshiba a couple days ago.. i replace the engine with wansonic wcom board engine available online then voila.. you know how good it feels when you turned it on with your playstation2 connected.. it was suuper fun and nostalgic seeing A CRT display once again in 2024.. and CRT from early00s was really dope.. it looks soo clean and the stereo speakers sounds soo good on ps2.. it was really diffrent depth of picture quality than playing it on LCD and LED modern tv.. or even when play it on emulators.. it was better on CRT tv.. the feeling you get because the CRT screen are curved was wild.. The image looks more alive and have depths in it because the curved CRT screen give 3D game more apealing to play.. more than what i used lately on monitors and LED/LCD even how hard i try to make it HD it just always became boring to play because the image was bad.. but when i had CRT in this couple of days i seen the diffrence soo much.. it was really designed to be played on CRTs.. i reccomend to anyone that wanna play PS2.. to buy great CRT TV like Sony Trinitron (its became Rare nowadays because people start to buying it again😁👍) or any CRT TV from mid 2000s that has more input in it.. it was worth it 😁👍

I managed to get a 14" TruFlat RCA CRT TV at Goodwill for... just $1! I have never seen N64 games look as good as it did on that thing. Modern TVs are horrible for retro and nothing beats a flat screen for CRTs. I also still have my TV when I was still living with my parents, it's a 24" flat screen Toshiba CRT with a built in VCR/DVD combo. I had alot of systems and not enough inputs so combo TVs were a necessity!

hey man, nice grab. i would service that VHS and have it back in working order, VHS has come back a bit for collectors, and that lil beauty is perfect for that and maybe transfers. not that hard to service one, but dont touch the tube is all when you open it up orrrr find someone who isnt expensive and ask them to service it and maybe even mod it for better connections. lil RGB mod on that or even SVideo plus Stereo RCA inputs would top it off and a nice serviced VHS deck would be perfect.

@@Beverchakus music to my ears. Yeah 8 Bit Guy and a few others like Adrian Black show these kind of mods being done to standard commercial CRTs, from Samsung to cheaper models. Its really just drilling holes to install connectors as well as tapping into the jungle chip to hijack the RGB signal that your On Screen Menu usually uses.

@@Beverchakus What I meant is if the yoyo is like a winter solstice that doesn't have a thick rim how do you create an edge of raw polish if the shape does not have an obvious step-off? and it dose not have a white face rim like your yoyo. Dose that mean you'll have to sand the face part too?
