What if you don't have expensive warehouse shelving in your garage. Can you attach it to the wall?

Hello out there. I appreciate your tennis net info and repair video. We have a mystery on our hands re: new net damage on our court. Is there a proper way to contact you to discuss the situation? Looking for help vs. “some animal must have chewed it. “

Our local HS buys heavy duty plastic ties that are heavy enough to withstand the impact of lacrosse balls. They are approx 14" long and about 1/2" wide. I was hoping to find out where I can get them but i don't see anything on KZbin. WRZ 2022-09-22

Why do you use only one loop across the first horizontal section and down the first vertical section but the bottom horizontal and final vertical section you use two loops?

Could I place this outside my garage door to protect it from a basketball? We plan to hang a basketball net above our garage but don't want the ball to damage our garage.

Great execution. Anyone have another material besides pvc. I've broken my cage by hitting the pipe directly

You can use galvanized steel pipes or possibly aluminum but that will be a bit pricier. We also sell pole padding that we typically use for batting cages that could help protect your PVC pipes. However the pole padding is meant for 2" OD pipes so they may not be snug on your PVC pipes depending on the size you used.

In your experience what is the maximum length you can install the cable without putting too much pressure on the posts and risk bending them inwards.
@justfornetsleefisher9064
@justfornetsleefisher9064 3 жыл бұрын
It depends on the diameter of the pipe, wall thickness of the pipe, length of pipe, and how much sag you are willing to deal with. For 11 gauge 1-7/8" galvanized steel pipes that are around 10' high you can only go around 10' with the cable straight and maybe 15' with some sag between the posts.

For hitting golf balls, how far from the wall do you need to have the net?
@justfornetsleefisher9064
@justfornetsleefisher9064 3 жыл бұрын
We would recommend that at least 3 ft. from the wall.

The beginning knot on the small individual net break, what type of knot is that called. I cannot see as your fingers were blocking.
@justfornetsleefisher9064
@justfornetsleefisher9064 3 жыл бұрын
Hi Tim, its called overhand knot. The overhand is the simplest of the single-strand stopper knots, and is tied with one end around its own standing part, its purpose being to prevent unreeving.

Lovely Video clip! Forgive me for the intrusion, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you tried - Paneevelyn Swinging Clubsman (should be on google have a look)? It is a good one off guide for revealing an effortless golf swing technique minus the hard work. Ive heard some great things about it and my mate finally got amazing results with it.

Can I use these hardware for a Baseball Batting Cage? Thanks.
@justfornetsleefisher9064
@justfornetsleefisher9064 4 жыл бұрын
Yes this is the same hardware we would use for batting cages. You would run the cable going the length of the cage on both sides as well as in the middle for wider cages that are 14' or wider.
