In the last years Pro Tools has lost a lot of what made it so unique! Avid tries to keep up by integrating 3rd party software, but the more stuff they put in, the more confusing and buggy it becomes! I also get the impression that this company no longer knows which user target they are trying to address. What I see here is practically a copy of Cubase / Nuendo and is ridiculous! This year is the first time I will not renewing my support plan for my Ultimate version.

I will watch this again, but not sure how you selected all your clips and made them timecode 00.00.000. that never worked for me and had to do each one individually which is a PIA. Command Post can sort of fix this but then there is still the crop and transforms mismatch problems between FCPX and Davinci. try it. Try cropping or putting more than one clip on top of another then importing to DR and Back.

@@ClavixusProducer Yes, I have seen that trick but when you have 100' clips or so, quite frustrating. Command post has a better solution I think.

I finally gave up, too many problems trying to do this that is is frustrating. Not only this issue but many others. For instance, if you do any kinds of crops or transitions they are no carried over and they come in to Davinci with ball bars behind them tat come back over to FCXP when you go back. I shoot a lot of reels and often put stacks of clips on top of each other with crops or whatever and they do not come into Davinci and back again properly. I figure there are only 2 solutions. Copy your timeline in FCPX and undo all crops or transforms or whatever you have done, lay them out like normal, then export XML , grade, bring back and use copy paste on all the clips from the original timeline which is already a PIA. Or learn to edit directly in Davinci. I am on the latter and trying to figure out all the ways I can edit as easy in FCPX in Davinci, but it is NOT as easy. I have been trying for years to get it to work with XML from FCPX just to color grade in Davinci but finally gave up. Davinci does not want you to use Sony video and Sony does not want to add timecode to their clips. Believe me I have tried everything. The closet I came to almost getting lucky was using CommandPost to export my timeline xml but still does not get the crops and transforms correct. Not to mention in FCPX I can rip through my clips and makes selects and build my Timeline Lighting fast!! Hitting I/O F and moving on. Davinci has NO simple way of doing that.Too many extras steps or keystrokes. Total frustrating.

Maybe a good solution for you could be getting some plugins for FCPX that you can use to color grade, most people move to DaVinci for that reason but if it's not working for you that's the best solution I can think on. Hope that works for you!

Thank you very much, I have been looking for a way to fix this for a long time. Normally I look at other tutorials that will import the xml file first and then add the sources and change the timecode but it doesn't work, only half of the files are linked and even mixed together and I have to re-render each source from final cut to bring to davici, it's really time consuming. Thank you very much again <3

que onda bro, espero estés bien, ya se qué el video es de hace mucho tiempo pero recién adquirí este complemento de waves, resulta que en cuanto lo pongo en mi master suena super fuerte y tengo que bajar él fader del master y el output del Nx, sabes a que nivel debo tener el master o los sonidos para usar este complemento? gracias de antemano

@@sytrusphase8008 si te refieres al NX básicamente no deberías estar clipeando y debería funcionar pero si tienes un mejor rango yo suelo intentar estar a menos 6dB peak para mezcla, quizás tienes el nivel de tus audífonos muy fuerte, por otro lado tienes que apagar NX antes de hacer el bounce

ARA works already with Studio one and if I'm not wrong works with Logic too, on terms of resources I feel is the same, the only thing, it used to be buggy, hopefully now is better.

Brother? Puedo usar el nx virtual mix room si mi pc no tiene webcam? Ez que e leído que tiene esa función. Pero me interesa usar las demás funciones, clArl, sin la función de la cámara o la bluetoot

Si puedes usarlo, pero no vas a tener ningún tipo de tracking de tu movimiento, solo la imagen stereo con la característica de NX

Tienes que crear una cuenta en ilok y descargar el Ilok licence manager, despues de eso te dejará autorizar el software en ilok cloud

Necesito ayuda en saber cual comprar: M-audio 194/14, Focusrite Scarlett 18i8, Bheringer Uphoria 404hd o Presonus 1810c Gracias!

Que tal, dentro de ese rango de precios creo que M-Audio, Focusrite y Presonus están iguales en tema de calidad la diferencia es casi imperceptible, personalmente no soy fan de Behringer en interfaces, lo que te aconsejo que veas para tomar tu decisión es que ventajas tiene cada una según tu necesidad, por ejemplo la Presonus incluye el Studio One Artist por lo que si no tienes un DAW esa es una gran opción, la Focusrite es bastante sólida y práctica para llevarla de un lado a otro, la MAudio es bastante cómoda para ponerla en un escritorio, y bueno la Behringer en precio no tiene comparación si no tienes presupuesto, lo que si si estás buscando algo mejor te puedo recomendar la Discrete 4 de Antelope Audio! ✌🏽 Espero la info te sirva!

Una buena opción económica es la Presonus AudioBox 96, pero si realmente tú presupuesto es limitado compra lo que esté a tu alcance para empezar, normalmente si no tienes un oído entrenado no notarás la diferencia

Hola, la verdad siento que son noche y día, el B2 Pro es un micrófono excesivamente brillante me gusta en algunos instrumentos acústicos pero para voces o piano no lo recomendaría, por otro lado el AT 2035 es un micrófono bastante plano tiene los agudos muy controlados y agradables
