It’s a damn shame to be honest. It was one of the reasons to pick up a console like Xbox because it had access to these titles as they were released. Sure we have time to pick them up still but it just feels dirty.

This gives me hope that Sonic Adventure remakes will happened. I kind of hope it'll be a re imaging like with Crash and Spyro but it'll likely be a remake if it was to ever happen. Also I saw someone on the team talk about doing a re imaging of Sonic 06? I couldn't tell if they was joking as Sega usually ignores that game

Sonic 2 is such a treasure trove of information. I think it's gotta be the most fascinating of all the Sonic games to have been developed, maybe next to Sonic Adventure. I would love to see a full on complete version of the original plans implemented into the game. It might not be a streamlined experience as the released product turned out to be, but in a way I think that there's a lot of pieces that needed to be arranged because of time constraints so some things do seem a bit off.

Yeah, the bigger the company, the more likely they’re just focused solely on sales and to them that’s the only defining metric which makes a game good. But Ubisoft themselves have been bombing over and over again this year, and Ghost of Yotei will probably sink AC, so pretty dire straights

It’s one of the really cool things about the series, blending cinema with games. While I think some other areas go overboard, I think this is something really cool because it sets the tone so well and gets you hype for what’s coming. And seeing the ladder sequence end with the music timing wise makes me appreciate the finer details of the game. DS2 HYPE!🎉🎉😂

Kyle Cooper did the titles for both mgs 2 and 3 and honestly he set the tone for this game upfront - the music and flow of the cinematics is something to behold - really loved this vid !❤😊

I liked MGS3 enough to consider it a worthy entry into the series. But the original MGS is still my favorite game of all time. MGS3 as a stand alone Prequel works because you're playing Big Boss from the MSX games and you're wanting to see how he became bad. The Prequel gave me enough layers to say maybe he wasn't the bad guy. Maybe it was the times. MGS3 recontexterlizes this with His mentor, The Boss's upbringings and makes you see it from Big Boss's perspective. Solid Snake is easily my favorite protagonist and He himself has experienced this somewhat in MGS2. After the Shadow Moses incident, he was seen as a terrorist and yet he still fought for what he believed in because he knows it's right. Even if people hate him for it. That line from The Dark Knight, you remember when Harvey Dent said You either Die a Hero or Live long enough to see yourself become the villain. It actually works for this series. Big Boss is still considered a hero even though the world hates him for it. And yet he still kept fighting for it. Big Boss wasn't perfect by any means. But you can see there was a good man in him. It was just he felt he had no purpose without his mentor and he lusts for the battlefield. But he still wanted to give people purpose. He tried giving Solid Snake purpose. But Snake rejected him thinking he betrayed him. But what's even more ironic is Snake mentored Raiden himself and past on his legacy. So in a way, Snake who Gave Raiden purpose, him and Big Boss are more a like than Different. Snake's more interesting in my opinion than Big Boss. That's because he never really had a mentor figure in his life other than Big Boss. He had Roy Campbell. But Roy wasn't honest with him and he knew Snake was injected with Foxdie. So yeah. Snake is more sympathetic than Big Boss in my opinion.
