Persistence is always needed because each attempt will bring you closer to your goal! Quick Tips: Start Simple. If it’s not working, try testing just each LED light and battery first. Simple Troubleshooting Guide for Paper Electronics Circuits: 1. Check the power source. Are the batteries NEW and connected the right way? Make sure the battery connections are secure (+ and -) 2. Inspect circuit connections. Are all wires (copper tape) connected properly according to the circuit diagram? Look for any wires or copper tape touching each other accidentally which could create a short-circuit. 3. Test the components. Connect each LED light directly to the battery. Does it light up? If not, it might be broken. Check the LEDs and resistors to see if they work by swapping with known good ones. 4. Check the conductors. Ensure the copper tape is intact and making good contact. Make sure the paper is clean and dry, as moisture can cause issues. The quality of your copper tape might not be appropriate for paper electronics. Try Aluminum foil or other conductive tape. 5. Check the circuit path. If you have a multimeter, check for breaks in the circuit path. Double-check the layout against your diagram for any mistakes.
