Imma be honest I played GTA since part 3 when 4 came out I was very disappointed. Yes graphically it was a leap but there was so much more you could do on San Andreas I felt like part 4 was just all bad. The driving sucked too.

The bridges are blocked in gta 4 because of terrorism, not because niko is being watched. Tf is this dude talking about????

The best mechanic in GTA2? And the best mechanic in ANY GTA game I have ever played? Modifying cars. I can't tell you how much I loved putting guns and spitting oil with the cars. I always thought they would re-visit this mechanic in the future. Imagine being able to strap guns and armor etc to cars in future GTA games... The gang mechanic to be able to take goons with you is indeed the 2nd best mechanic I have ever seen in a GTA game.

I remember playing GTA 3 as a kid when it first came out and not really being good enough at the game to unlock the 2nd or 3rd island. Didn't care that much because the 1st island had more than enough for me to explore. Then one day I started using cheats and flew over to the second island, and kid me was absolutely blown away that there were _even more_ types of vehicles once you crossed the bridge. Wish I were still that easily amazed and entertained...

LCS might be my favorite GTA game. VCS is arguably a better game, but I just like the location of Liberty City better. I distinctly remember my friend and I getting a bunch of laughs out of it the first time we played, because it was so much more cartoonish than the previous titles on the PS2. The only letdown for me was that the multiplayer modes didn't make it from the PSP to the PS2 port.

I remember when I was first playing GTA III I crashed a car into the locked subway gate on the first island when the other islands were locked and I somehow clipped through the gate, I might have got out of the car and glitched through but I can't fully remember. I thought it was amazing because it was fully by accident and I'm wondering if anyone else has ever managed that or know about it?

Its great to see GTA2 getting love. I think GTA2 is the most fun GTA game all around, thetr is only one boring quest in the entire game: get zikizaki the rest of them are all good. Also the kill frenzies + collectables + the power ups and wang cars givea you a lot of options to play however you like

I think they’re afraid that GTA 4 would look better than GTA 5 if it was remastered given that the whole art style of GTA 5 is cartoonish compared to GTA 4s more gloomy and realistic graphics and physics.

Peggy should've been in this list too because he was a significant villain as well. Hes super stupid though and a joke so id put him at E. Also, Billy needs to be way higher. The game itself sucks but Billy was a grade A sociopath.

Xbox has had gta 4 since 2016 you could put the 360 disc in the Xbox one, now you can just buy it and it’s dlcs in the Xbox store along with hundreds of 360/ps2/ps1 games, all the max paynes, every saints row. gta 4 on Xbox next gen basically is a remaster, runs so smooth seems like the fps is boosted even though it doesn’t say it’s boosted plus HDR features ( Xbox has a fps booster options for Xbox one games and lower consoles if you didn’t know)

Unpopular opinion: GTA IV does not need remaster at all (God forbid) It just needs a few more feature updates and performance fixes

GTA 4 don't need a remaster. Just play it on PC with the settings maxed out. What they can do is put it on PS5 with that same graphical settings they have on PC maxed out.

why not just play it on the old system? like I have my ps3, Xbox, all those still and whenever I wanna play gta 4 I just turn on my Xbox…now yes I would like it to be on the ps5 as well which I’m hoping for but it’s still playable lol

I just want to be able to play all the grand theft auto games on my PS5. Is that so hard?

I missed out on PS3 era and went straight to PS4. So I was able to play GTA5, but I am sad that I missed GTA4 especially with all the good things I hear about it.

GTA four didn’t need to be remastered. It looked better than GTA three GTA three should have looked like GTA four.

I feel like we'll get a GTA 4 collection, the main game, and the two dlcs. We'll probably just get a re release not a remaster and I think that would be great just like that

I'd like to think they want to do justice for the game and when it's time to remaster the modern technology will be worth upgrading this game to a more beautiful and smoother experience

And that's why GTA 2 outmatches all other GTA games ! You had lives to complete the game meaning if you die too much : Game over. Are you gonna surrender to cops rather than dying and losing a life ? Are you going to do that mission ? What about if you get killed ? Should I save my progress or should I restart the whole district ? Maybe being a taxi driver isn't that bad to progress ? Respect is everything ! Without forgeting the famous Jesus Saves but saving coasts money, because you know salvation has a price ! ;)
