He started out on SNL, and has been in many comedy films. This one(Aliens) is much better than the first one(Alien) in my opinion.

The actor is Michael Biehn. The movies I remember him from are: The Terminator Aliens The Abyss Terminator 2 (Director’s Cut) Tombstone The Rock After this, I think alcohol got the better of him and his acting career took a nosedive, sadly. Btw, if you ever decide to watch Aliens again, watch the Director’s Cut. It’s well worth it.

Michael Biehn (cpl. Hicks) plays in four James Cameron's movies. First in The Terminator as sgt. Reese. He appears as Reese in The Terminator 2 but only in extended and director's cut in Sarah Connor's dream, that scene is not in the theatrical version. Then in Aliens, and in 1987's The Abyss. But apart from his roles in the other movies where he is the hero, in the Abyss he plays the main antagonist and complete psycho. BTW he was even nominated for Oscar for that role.

Just remember There are only Two Alien movies.

Alien³ had lots of issues during production and that impacted the quality. I do like it, though. HOWEVER, it's a much, much darker movie. The CGI they used is not good. Practical effects are fine. The set is fine. Acting as well. Some people also don't like the plot itself. I like it way much more than alien resurrection, prometheus and Covenant. For me, Alien³ completes the story.

Ellen Ripley is one of the best characters in the entire history of cinema, she is the perfect hero, with exceptional charisma, who does what needs to be done and without any need for powers or other kind of magical stuff. please, don't spoil the good memories and good feelings that these two movies gave you by watching the other movies after these, if you want just watch the 2004 movie "alien vs predator", which is not bad at all, the other movies either are garbage (in part or in whole), or simply ruin what was done with the first 2.

Bishop is one of the good Androids. And while Androids deserve the distrust in this universe Bishop was good in the end.

Alien is a masterpiece isolation and fear. Aliens is a masterpiece in combining action and science fiction and Alien Romulus is a great companion piece to these two films. This is why you should watch it next.

I don't agree with all the comments about watching the extended version. The thing is, for a first viewing the pacing of the theatrical cut is much better. Once you have been through the ride of that cut and you know the plot, then it makes sense to extend and develop the experience with the longer cut.

You asked if anyone had ever experienced really bad turbulence on a plane... It got so bad on a flight I was on, as we were coming in for a landing, I held hands with the passengers next to me as we all silently prayed. It was the terrified look on the flight crew's faces that shook me first, then the creaks and groans from the aircraft and finally the endless stomach churning drops in altitude. After all that, we were diverted to another airport, total nightmare but we didn't crash. I loved this reaction, instant subscription ❤ !

She felt there was something odd about him from the moment he said she shouldn't try to warn the ones who went to check the signal. He let them in without a quarantine. He was studying the facehugger with admiration. Hehehe he was still collating after Dallas died. And he knew crew was expendable cause that message was for his eyes only :-). Haha but that's fine.... I've watched this movie a zillion times. So I almost have the lines memorized hahaha :-)

Ripley at the start of the movie can't sleep. She has nightmares for months, can't get closure, can't move past what happened and someone claims to be to sending a whole bunch of armed soldiers there to wipe out the remaining Alien eggs and whatever else is there and let her watch. She thinks that might help alleviate her nightmares, that's why she eventually agrees to go along.
