That wind was wild. We no tilled canola on canola stubble and was out of the ground may 31 so under a week and just completely sandblasted the whole field. We spiked it that day to save the top soil since it was a write off and got it all tilled and had it seeded to barley this afternoon

I never want to hear any more crap about ag-pilots not being allowed to take up a passenger in a 2-seater ag-plane. This proves it can be legally done!!! To hell with Part 137!!! I despise laws meant to protect me from myself. I know the risks. If I am willing AND I HOLD THE PILOT HARMLESS FOR ANY INJURIES OR DEATH THAT MAY OCCUR, then what's the problem???

So many different ways to use pomegranates. I know your family loves to taste test all your new recipes. Your videos bring peace and happiness to my heart and your dog makes me laugh all the time. Can this be applied to granular nitrogen bands to aid in microbial digestion of the nitrates and therefore stabilizing the nitrogen?

You bet. Has the same density as urea so it’ll blend well. 35lbs/acre application rate.

Yeah it’s way faster than those ridiculous seed picks. It’s just a simple carpenters finishing pry bar. Get them at any hardware store for usually less than $10 and will save you hours in the field checking behind a drill. I’m going to try making a few custom ones out of stainless with a more comfortable handle.

@@lylejensen1714 nice. We’ve always dug with our hands I’m not as good as my dad and I move half the seeds lol. Keep up the good informative content for the area. I always recommend people to check out the videos too

Do you know the brand and hybrid of the 80 bushel canola. We grew some L252 this year and had lots of pod shatter when we swathed and lots lots of yield. So might try dk99, brett young 6211, 6217 or might try canterra 3000 or 3100. My dad talked to harv when he bought some chemical the one day he said there was some nice crops of those varieties

Likely there was some powdery mildew or white mold present. Also can happen when the moisture drops too low at harvest.
