Case that was based on retaliation discrimination,along with other federal laws, that awarded the covered agent compensation for workplace harassment was excluded from all proceedings that directly involved decision made on his behalf.i was led on what wcab,identified as fakepath,.keeping me waiting on my next court date,7 years ,excluded from due process.I'm believe the judge , long with the wcab, 1:54 is sponsoring this wc fraud, using legislators as means of conveyance

What about the State' Urgent Care Centers - Private docs are generally not treating Covid patients. While ER's get the very sick, Urgent Care centers take the walking wounded. So many of our employees have tested positive and are true heroes. Including just hospitals does not reflect the true patient care options in 2020-2021.

Thank you for your question, Tricia! For an ergonomics assessment, we recommend spending 45 minutes to an hour with the employee because education is such an important part of the process.

We as the people need to study the law ourselves. It's not hard. It will cut unnecessary rip off costs and to keep from being lied to by saying we don't have a strong case.

I have a question I am emailing you from the state of New York and I’m currently working I am ploy or gave me a disciplinary of action a write up. The reason why he gave me a disciplinary of correction of action because I was sending too many emails directly to managers and supervisors. Actually, I was only protecting my rights and stand in my grounds because they were wrong and I was right. By the way I never sent them any threat emails what advice do you give me on that please help me out.

Families that need help understanding their rights and recourses can now find help at Stop Sexual Assault in Schools SSAIS.org, the only nonprofit created to address sexual harassment and assault K-12 students. It is unfortunate that companies have so little time to read this law and get it's full effects, but they cannot be ignorant of it either. This video does an excellent job of covering this new law going into effect.
