9:53 beautiful scenery. How was the temps being in Death Valley?
@WyeastWolfpack3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching Mike! Yes it is so beautiful out there. We had perfect temps: 70s in the day, 40-50s at night. Death Valley is great in the winter!

If we make the run multiple times that’s an additional ticket each time right?
@WyeastWolfpack5 жыл бұрын
You can only get a maximum of 1 ticket for the Firelane 1 out and back. The only other way you can get additional tickets is from the attendance of Bootcamp, or volunteering w/ Forest Park. You're welcome to do some FL1 repeats though! It's a great workout!

What part of the trail was shown from 35 seconds in - the ridgeline with fall-off on both sides? Is that on the PCT in Oregon? A side path off the official trail?

Warning! Ann and I did this route yesterday, 18 June 2017. Well, we attempted it. The Siouxon Creek crossing was too dangerous. It was up to our waists (we're both 5' 4") only a quarter of the way across (not yet the deepest part), very cold, and very strong current. Because we were going counter-clockwise (the opposite way you guys went), we ended up having to backtrack and our 20 miler turned into a 35 miler.
