Haven't tested anything yet, but Archfiend is pretty cool. At the very least, 3 Archfiend, 3 Regenesis and 1 Shemot is an omni package of sorts for decks that can utilise it. For Archfiends specifically, it's a pretty useful way to recycle Dark Spirits, especially with the continuous trap

Update: Archfiend's translation was wrong here. It actually says "You can reveal another monster with 2500 ATK/DEF in your hand to summon this card" which, especially on the consistency card, is WAY better. Still think it's just alright though.

For someone shaking off rust this is solid, from a competitive standpoint the only notable thing I'd add are the Fiendsmith handtrap piles to tier 1.

This support is actually crazy good 😅 not like tier 1 meta good, but it works well with existing support (charged-up is crazy) and makes things like Patriarch insane. I was labbing some potential combos with a friend last night when stuff was released, it can do stuff now.

The first and second of their kind. We've always seen this effects on the anime, but for some reason they have only decided to make these into real cards now. I'm happy they are only being used in zexal cards so far though

It should be mentioned that you can also use Dragocatastrophe to bring out Disaster on the opponent's turn. Not just Chasmatis or Eclipsis. In fact that's likely the intended use of it

Armed Dragon Thunders definitely have a home in this deck. Makes all the Dragon Ruler costs free (and Xyz detach costs too) and can search Tempest too

The zombie lock hurts. Wight gets a lot of mileage out of link1's, Knightmares, and discard/mill engines like Tear or Horus. The zombie link pool is pretty anemic. Avendread can dump another Prince during battle phase, but thats about it. Moissa Knight's name, effect, and pose is a reference to Moissanite the Comet General. A more direct romanization of the name is "Wan Moa Za Waito / One More The Wight" which also kinda references its effect. At least Master can be used after your non-zombie combo to summon and power up your King, but Moissa is intended to be a starter.

This cards actually really strong in being a core for zombie link spam The problem is that there's barely any zombie links and only 3 of them are useful and playable.

You can actually make out Zombie Master's silhouette in the background of Wight Master Moissa Wight is also based on an existing Pendulum monster from CYAC, named Moissa Knight, the Comet General. Why? Hell if I know I really hope this deck's identity stays "find more plentiful and more efficient ways to turbo out King" until the end of time also these lock you into zombies for "the rest of the turn" so you can still toss in horus cards if you want
