Sir it is stated in your declamation that the order of list to be welcomed and thanked is the same . Fine. Yet, It would have been more enriching and more useful if the order of the dignitaries is dealt with - like whom should we welcome first _the president or the host or the chief guest so and so . A brief introduction to who is referred to a guest speaker or guest of honour or chief guest would have made this lecture completely informative.
