Enjoyed the video. Though a more apt title would give more clarity to what improving memory means. 1. being able to memorize specific information vs 2. improving general memory capabilities across the board. This focuses on the former but a lot of people probably clicked on this video because they were interested in developing one’s hippocampus holistic so that they’d have an increased baseline of remembering people’s names, a fact read about, what someone said 15 minutes ago, etc.

You didn't say anything really but of what you did say, it wasn't too far off from reality. Always remember, no one makes us feel anything.

The media and so many medical reports saying women over 40 to give live birth is near to impossible. I wonder where did they get the statistics. Look at the comments here, and I know many women who had kids late in their 40s.

I am 41, stuttering every day, but that extremely severe. I used to work in a SOE company in China while translating some books of art and literature. In 2023, I quitted my job. My passion of translation and interpreting drove me to study overseas in Sydney. Here, I dare to say I want to be a conference interpreter for the first to public. How could you think about that a man with stuttering wants to be professional living by speaking. Simultaneous interpreting is super hard. But I found that long consecutive interpreting is even harder for me. Today is perhaps the most difficult day for me recently because I stuttered so badly in a long consecutive interpreting exam. I almost lose faith. Back to several years ago, I drew aspirations from my favourite movie actress Emily Blunt to make my mind to be an interpreter. So I look for encouragement and energy here to go forward tomorrow. I don't know what will be like in the future. But I will try even it is daunting task though.

It was easier for me to get an autism diagnosis to justify remote work than to argue my emf sensitivity. Workplaces didn't even want to unscrew a light bulb above my head bc they didn't like being told what to do. Sadly, we have to threaten ADA legal action to get employers to reasonably accommodate

Studies on cancer is silly thing and waste of money ,just leading a life like our ancestors without factories and chemicals only saves us ,we can't live without modernisation so we should accept it

Truly inspirational. A lot of things are made a bigger deal in your mind than they end up actually being in reality. Really shows how strong your mentality can be.

When we brought our husky home from the shelter, a few weeks later I had a night terror, wake up screaming sort of thing (doesn't happen often at all, I don't have anxiety issues or anything like that just a one off thing), he barely knew us at that point, but he jumped up in our bed and cuddled up next to me to make sure I was ok. Hes 2 now, and he's fine, but I hate thinking about that one day he's not there. I hope it won't be for a long long time. He's the best boy, and we love him very much.
