I am confused I very much love your video/ your tutorial but I am very confused by the amount of resin you say you're using at the end coding. You're using 20 oz of resin on the 20 oz glass and 30 oz of resin on the 30 Oz glass ? That is an awful lot of resin!
@glitteringthecoast7 ай бұрын
It was one of my first videos so I messed up a lot. Learning as I go lol I meant 20oz tumbler gets 20ml epoxy. 30oz tumbler gets 30ml epoxy.

Thank you so much. QUESTIONS: you sprayed the 2x coat right after you placed the vinyl on? Let dry, then epoxy? The lickety split was also a uv cure under nail lamp?
@glitteringthecoast8 ай бұрын
Yes to the 1st question. The spray just makes it seal so the epoxy doesn’t get under it and lift it. Nope, liquidy split ultra uv is a regular epoxy. It has uv inhibitors in it.

I bought several for myself (from Temu) and some to give as gifts. So far, after six months, I can tell no difference in the sharpness. Greetings from the UK and a new subscriber, loving the paperclip ideas. I noticed you shook the bottle of resin, it might not make much difference with UV resin but I heard/read somewhere you don't shake the bottles as it can cause bubbles....is that right? I know you can pop your bubbles with the lighter as you did. Anyway look forward to seeing your next creation/ideas x
@glitteringthecoast10 ай бұрын
Hello!! Thank you for stopping by! I normally don’t shake my bottles but was filming in real time and was very low in the resin so I was getting it to come to the tip faster. :) thin layers and a torch and you won’t have a bubble problem.
