Worked for me with Purell and a thick rubber band, just use plenty of sanitizer to lubricate all sides of the ring and pull steadily away from your finger. It was painful but remember to rotate the rubber band all around and it does come off.

Awful searching. Never come off the wall even if you have a thermal camera. Never leave your partner. Why on earth would you pile the casualties up in the doorway ? If you find a casualty you do a vicinity search around it and get that 1 out. you don't leave in a doorway while you go on searching and they just leave there breathing in more toxic shit.
@francoispelletier94414 жыл бұрын
Are you serious!?! You clearly don’t know what you’re talking about.
@francoispelletier94414 жыл бұрын
How you going to search a large area without leaving a wall? You don’t leave your partner when you’re in the same room! And they even have a thermal camera... And from what I see in that scenario, it’s the front door of the house (or the appartement) and you probably have teammates or extra crew that’s taking care of the casualties.
@andyoxleyonhistravels4 жыл бұрын
@@francoispelletier9441 You never come off the wall. Number 1 stays on the wall, number 2 is attached to number 1 by the 6 metre personal safety line so he can safely move out and search larger area's. Firefighters die when they come off the wall, get disorientated and get lost, FACT. You should never leave your partner. Its not rocket science.
@andyoxleyonhistravels4 жыл бұрын
@@francoispelletier9441 Also how can that be a primary search , they have no hoseline to protect them when they open each door so if they have a fire as soon as they open the door they are in trouble. If you are searching it is a 2 man team. thermal image camera and charged hose to deal wit h the fire and protect yourselves. Basics stuff really.
@francoispelletier94414 жыл бұрын
@@andyoxleyonhistravels have you ever done VEIS? You can do that with 1 firefighter and no hose line. Lack of training and knowledge kill firefighters. If you know and do your basics, you can go to more advance stuff.
