Je ferais de la plus petite chambre une véritable salle de bain avec lavabo + miroir, toilettes et baignoire avec fonction douche, et ferais un garde-manger à la place de la salle de douche.

The design presentation is confusing. I can't figure out where the rooms are located inside the house. looks nice but I wish I could nit visualize where the 4 bedrooms are. Or is it 4 bedrooms or only 2?

Interesting design. I have three notes though, the outside where the straight portion of the roof meets the angle roof on the front side, eventually you will have leaks with that rain coming in and the wall stopping it. #2 I would not have put the washer/dryer in the living room, and on the other loft side, I think code would have to have a railing there, so that no children can fall! Pretty idea though! TY for sharing!!!

for 27sqm house for 2k dollars is impossible. and if it is possible i can build 5 houses for 2k dollars each house . give me immediately the workers and contractors for that price.
