Locals go down to Fresh West regularly to clear up the 'detritus' such as odd socks and other rubbish left by individuals on what was the largest sand dune alongside the beach. That sand dune is now a mere hump because of erosion caused by people continually climbing it and loosening the sand. I live here and it makes me very angry to see the damage caused to our lovely area and its habitat by people obsessed with a fictional character.

I completely get what you're saying. People should not leave socks and other things damaging to the environment. And it is a shame about the beach itself, but I guess this is, unfortunately, what happens when massive films and TV shows decide to use places like this for filming. It's hard cause I see it from both sides. I love to visit filming locations, especially for things like Potter, which means so me, but i understand this beach means a lot more to the locals who want so desperately to preserve the natural beauty.

One of my local beach areas has a rocky area. And so people have collected all the small rocks and stacked them..... It completely changed the landscape and the area is eroding because of the exposed ground in the rain. I always want to go around knocking the stacks over. But people get pissed at that....

Actually, the reason why young Remus was turned into a Werewolf at a really young age, was because his father, Lyall Lupin, insulted Werewolves in front of Fenrir Greyback, at Fenrir Greyback’s interrogation. Lyall Lupin called Werewolves “soulless, evil creatures deserving of nothing thing but Death”. And so, in retaliation for Lyall’s insult, Fenrir Greyback attacked young Remus Lupin one night during a Full Moon. Lyall was able to drive Greyback off, but, not before Greyback bit young Remus. That’s why Remus Lupin is a Werewolf.

The Noble collection will always be the best, but there are some fake wands that are good enough, the ones saying they have metal core on wish or any other shopping websites are ok, they may vary in length, sculpt and paint, but they are sturdy and they are high quality. I would say those usually comes on ollivander boxes as well, it is a good knock off. Noble collection have the best paint job and sculpt.

Honestly after thinking about the other houses for a bit, as a proud hufflepuff, I don’t know if I’d want to be house mates with any other house, Hufflepuffs rock 🫶

Proud hufflepuff here, Honestly I think JK Rowling had the right idea with this house but she just dug it’s grave by calling it Hufflepuff 🤦🏻 and then using a less well known for being powerful creature for the mascot. But I do relate to Badgers in that people underestimate their power and strengths 🫶🦡

If we cared about competing I think we would’ve won A LOT of matches, house cups and other achievements, because we are dedicated and hard working. So pair that up with competitiveness it’s Slytherin’s and Gryffindor’s worst nightmare. That’s one of the reasons I love us for us, because when we decide in something we stand by that. We are earth, and earth is LITERALLY strength, stamina and tenacity.
