That’s a pretty sweet guitar, but I’m not liking the sound with the switch in the middle position there. Thanks.!

Excellent except your descending double stops in the first solo are incorrect. The person in this video plays them perfectly..... kzbin.info2Uh3X-g7FQY?si=NP97iAx-PjVGKVZ5
@pnwdrifter568018 сағат бұрын
super close - only one stop is wrong. on the double stops going down, instead of the 5/5 frets on B/E strings, it should be 5/3 frets on B/E strings

Thanks. I play through a Kemper. It’s a version of a Fender tweed slightly overdriven with their version of a Tube Screamer. I gave up lugging amps to gigs several years ago and have yet to regret it. Hope that helps.

Phenomenal job! Quick and to the point without a doubt one of the best tutorials I’ve seen. Terry Kath is in IMHO one of the greatest guitarist to play the instrument. Please more like this!

Good video. Would have loved a bit more explanation of that last somewhat-fast riff near the end, but I guess it wouldn't be "One Minute" in that case.

Welcome to the club. I post the ones I can’t find anywhere else. I have posted the opening solo to “long time” (almost everybody gets it wrong, I think) There is a guy with a KZbin channel called “shutup & play” who has done a really nice job on “peace of mind.” Rock on

Excellent video! Just stumbled across your channel. I’m now a subscriber! I’ve been trying to find a tutorial on this song for quite awhile. If you take requests, could you do an instructional video of Van Halen’s “Dreams”? There are several solo tutorials but none of the whole song. Thanks for lesson BTW! Edit: I think i know the answer. After going through your channel, I realized you do “one minute” lessons😂. They all great!

Close...good effort, but not entirely accurate. Go back and listen to the track. First not + adding the 6th follow that pattern. Also, the chording leading up to the solo are all "sus" chords... Thanks!

Yep. That looks right. I saw a live video from, I think 2011 where he must have not tuned down and played a B pentatonic lick instead. Same notes an octave down, around the 7th and 10th frets.
